At the helm is Carol Glover, a longtime real estate developer and broker who spent many years as a real estate attorney, working extensively on probate and trust administration. With an unwavering attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting a property’s potential and how to best maximize its profitability, Carol is a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist who approaches every transaction from multiple angles to ensure her clients’ goals are met.
Complementing Carol’s legal and real estate acumen is Dave Salzman, the team’s finance and deal structuring specialist. Dave’s rich experience and vast network of resources make him the ideal real estate partner for trustees as well as financial and estate professionals, handling even the most complicated situations with ease.
